The Società italiana di biodiritto (Italian Biolaw Society) is a non-for profit organization whose goal is the analysis of the relationship among law, politics and life sciences.
The Italian Biolaw Society is the natural evolution of the Italian Biotech Law Conference and has been settled by:

- Luca Lupària, lawyer and associate professor of criminal procedural law at the Law Faculty of the University Statale, Milan,
- Andrea Monti, lawyer and chairman of the Italian Biotech Law Conference,
- Renzo Orlandi, full professor of criminal procedural law at the Law Faculty of the University of Bologna,
- Pierluigi Perri, lawyer and researcher in cyberlaw at the Law Faculty of the University Statale, Milan,
- Andrea Arnaldo Piccinini, confirmed researcher at the Medicine Faculty of the University Statale, Milan,
- Marco Ventura, full professor of Law and Religion at the Law Faculty of the University of Siena,
- Giovanni Ziccardi, lawyer and associate professor of cyberlaw at the Law Faculty of the University Statale, Milan
